This Shipping Policy describes how Form8 Life Sciences Pvt Ltd (“Form8”) ships orders across India once checkout and fulfilment are live. Estimated timelines are indicative and depend on courier networks, weather, holidays, and remote-area serviceability. For support, write to info@formeight.in.
We ship across India via licensed third-party logistics partners. Free standard shipping applies on prepaid orders over ₹799 (inclusive of eligible product value after discounts, excluding COD fees if any), unless a promotion states otherwise. Cash on Delivery may be offered on orders up to ₹5,000, subject to courier coverage, identity checks, and our fraud-prevention rules. We may disable COD for certain PIN codes or user risk profiles.

- Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi: 2–5 business days.
- Other metros: 4–6 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
“Business days” exclude Sundays and public holidays generally observed by national carriers. Remote, hilly, or island locations may require additional transit time; we will share the best estimate available from the courier at dispatch.
Order processing, dispatch, and tracking
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days of payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information by email and, where you have opted in, by WhatsApp or SMS, on the day the shipment is handed over to the courier. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or to follow courier instructions for delivery reattempts.
Partial fulfilment
Occasionally, one line item in an order may be delayed or unavailable while others are ready to ship. Where splitting a shipment improves delivery speed and does not materially increase your shipping cost, we may partial ship at our discretion and dispatch the balance when stock becomes available. You will not be charged twice for standard shipping on the same order in such cases. If partial fulfilment is not acceptable to you, contact us before dispatch and we will advise options available under our Terms and refund policy.
Address accuracy and PIN code serviceability
You are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address, landmark (if needed), mobile number, and PIN code. If a courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or non-serviceable PIN, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we may deduct actual return logistics costs from any refund, or charge a redelivery fee for reshipment, except where the error was solely ours.
If your PIN code is temporarily unserviceable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or hold until service resumes, as you prefer.
Lost in transit and excessive delay
If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long period, or the parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will open a trace with the courier. Confirmed lost shipments will be reshipped at our cost or refunded in full, including shipping charges you paid for that order, once the carrier confirms loss in writing or internal investigation concludes.
If delivery exceeds the indicative window without a tracking update, email us with your order ID; we will escalate with the courier and keep you informed until resolved.
Risk of loss and title
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in the order, as evidenced by courier proof of delivery, except where the carrier confirms non-delivery due to courier fault after investigation.
